So here's a best guess on those known to have died and survived the Great Jedi Purge. Many are missing due to materials not being written about their demise. Some fell to the dark side and joined the Empire like Antinnis Tremayne. This list comprises Jedi who were known to be alive at the time of the Clone Wars and the Purge. Some maintained them in secret while they tried to blend in with the rest of the universe. Others went into hiding forsaking the Jedi Ways. Many Jedi who survived the Purge resisted the Empire like Rahm Kota or joined the Separatist Remnant Groups like Dass Jennir. Less than 200 survived and even that number was dwindled down through the years. Many of them if not all perished or were hunted down in the years after the Purge began. Many Jedi died during the Great Jedi Purge.
Same goes for Luminara Unduli dying during Order 66 not surviving as she does in Disney canon. PLEASE NOTE: List does not include Ahsoka Tano surviving Order 66 as her appearance along with Kanan Jarrus are apart of Disney canon not Legends.
